What counts as a screening?

A completed screening: Zora interviews a visitor on your site or your screening link and hands you a finished, scored lead report. Conversations a visitor abandons before a lead is delivered cost you nothing. You pay for leads, not for chats.

Do unused screenings expire?

No. Your 25 monthly screenings land as credits in your balance, and whatever you don't use rolls over to the next month. A quiet August pays for a busy September.

What happens once I've used all 25?

Nothing stops. Zora keeps screening every visitor, and each screening beyond your balance is €12, added to that month's total. We would far rather charge you €12 than hide a real buyer behind an upgrade wall.

Which of the two should I pick?

Count the enquiries you would want screened in a typical month. Up to about 3, pay per screening at €22.50. From about 4, the €79 subscription costs less, and it banks every screening you don't use for the busier months.

What's in the free trial?

30 days of the full subscription: 25 screenings, your branded link, the website widget and the scored reports. No credit card to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends unless you tell us to continue.

Are these prices including BTW?

No. Every price on this page is ex BTW (excluding VAT) and in euros. Dutch BTW is added on the invoice; valid EU VAT numbers outside the Netherlands are reverse-charged.

Do buyers ever pay?

No. Sourcing is free for buyers, and it always will be. You can describe what you need and get your first shortlist without an account, and there is no commission on the order you place.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No. Ranking can't be bought. Not on any plan, now or later. How matching works is published in plain language.
